Last updated: 22 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the cosantio website and the tools we make available on it, including the Scorecard. Please read them carefully. By using the site, you agree to them.

01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

02Who we are

This website is operated by Lanuntac Ltd., trading as cosantio, a company registered in Ireland (company number 666057). References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Lanuntac Ltd.

03Using the website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
  • interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or security;
  • copy, scrape, or republish our content except as these terms allow.

04The Scorecard is not legal advice

Important. The Scorecard, our resources, and any other output from this website are provided for general information only. They are not legal advice and must not be relied on as such.

Our tools are designed to help you understand your likely position under the EU AI Act and related regimes, but they cannot account for every fact specific to your organisation. Using them does not create a lawyer-client or advisory relationship, and it does not guarantee compliance with the AI Act or any other law. For advice on your specific situation, you should consult a suitably qualified professional. Any decision you take based on our tools remains your responsibility.

05Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site, including the cosantio name and logo, are owned by Lanuntac Ltd. or used under licence by it, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and download material for your own internal, non-commercial use, and use any templates we provide within your own organisation. You may not otherwise copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

06Third-party links

Our site links to external sources, such as official EU texts and regulators' websites, for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

07Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the information accurate and current, we make no warranties that it is complete, error-free, or up to date, or that the site will be uninterrupted or secure. Regulatory positions change, and timelines such as those under the AI Act remain subject to amendment.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or your use of the site.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. When we make significant changes, we will change the date at the top.
